Roland, holding a Ph.D. in Physics (CERN, Geneva), is involved in Technology and Telecommunication industries since 18 years.
Starting his career as a top management consultant with Booz.Allen & Hamilton, he joined T-Mobile in 1993 actively participating in the start of business operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Ukraine and others.
In 1998 Roland became CIO and Member of the Board of WIND s.p.a. in Italy.
As a Vice President in IBM Global Services, he was responsible for the Technology markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Roland is Partner in Top Management Consulting since 2003.
